Research Degrees

The University of Queensland's record in teaching and research has earned it a reputation of excellence, both in Australia and overseas. Issues relating to environmental management in the mining and minerals industries are recognised research strengths and priorities of the University. The CMLR offers a variety of opportunities for research higher degrees in all disciplinary areas relevant to the environmental research needs of the mining industry, both in Australia and overseas.

Through the Centre, and where appropriate in collaboration with additional specialist academic staff; PhD, Masters degrees and honours projects covering the spectrum of engineering, biological, social, legal and economic aspects of environmental management in mining become available.
